When I send attachments over 5MB they bounce back. Why?
Our mail servers only allow a maximum filesize of 5MB for any attachment you send via email. This helps keep the mail servers running fast and the resources available to other users. Please use WinZIP or StuffIT to compress the file, then attach it to an email. If the file is still over 5MB, you need to upload it to your web site and email the person a link to download it.
