I cannot FTP into my Windows 2000 account?
Please make sure you have "Passive Transfer Mode" turned OFF. Passive Transfer Mode interferes with our firewalls and is not allowed. To turn it off you should be able to find the option toggle switch inside the "Options" menu for your FTP program. If not, please consult the HELP file or the manual that came with your FTP program.
