I cannot download my email.
Your email has a limited spool or container size. Most commonly set to 10MB. If you allow your spool file to fill up your email will error out and you will not be able to download. Please open up a trouble ticket at http://ticketmonster.hostingsupport.com and ask that your spool file size be bumped up. Additionally, you need to download your email on a regular basis and NOT store it on the servers.
